Description:
Description: English: Arabidopsis seeds are first kept in water in a fridge for some days to let the seeds to be stratified (on the photo: in Eppendorf tubes in the background), which enables even germination of the seeds. Thereafter seeds are transferred on the soil. When you need to give nick names to your lines, one can also use the first names of rectors of the university - eg Volli Kalm. :)English: Preparation for Arabidopsis thaliana seed sowing.
