Substratum: very shallow and well drained soil on scree.Place: 'Koritnica' valley, above main road from Bovec to Log pod Mangartom village, near the bridge over Koritnica river near Log pod Mangartom village, East Julian Alps, Posoje, Slovenia EC Comment: Growing solitary among other Epipactis species. Taxonomic status of this species is not yet clear.
