Pileus rather thin but fleshy, convex to expanded, umbonate, gregarious to subcespitose, reaching 8 cm. broad; surface white, smooth, glabrous, margin entire, concolorous; context white, with strong farinaceous odor ; lamellae sinuate, broad, several times inserted, not crowded, ventricose, white; spores ellipsoid, smooth, hyaline, 5-6X3-4/*; stipe bulbous and whitishmycelioid at the base, white, subglabrous, smooth, stuffed or hollow, fleshy, 5-6 cm. long, 5-10 mm. thick.
Type locality: Seattle, Washington.
Habitat: In humus in woods.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
