The finely hairy leaf sheaths and leaf blades that fold in half longitudinally because of the conspicuous double midrib are diagnostic of Poa. Leucopoa in contrast has broader leaf blades that do not fold in half longitudinally because of the many deeply furrowed veins along the upper surface of the blade. Date: 15 May 2017, 09:43:58.
