Description: Spruce Run, Bald Eagle State Forest, Clinton County. Spruce Run is a small, fast-flowing stream that tumbles through a deep ravine before emptying into the much larger Long Run. Along its length are many cascades and small waterfalls—nothing spectacular, but scenic nonetheless.
