Phaeosphaeria is a genus of fungi in the family Phaeosphaeriaceae. It has about 95 species.[2] The genus was circumscribed by Japanese mycologist Ichiro Miyake in 1909, with Phaeosphaeria oryzae assigned as the type species.[3]
