Theodore Roosevelt Island is a living memorial dedicated to the 26th President of the United States. It is located in the Potomac River between Washington, DC and Arlington, VA. In addition to the Roosevelt Memorial, the island has several harwood forest trails and a boardwalk through a tidal marsh and wooded swamp.
