Cool Flowers

Flowers display an amazing diversity of color and form. Several families of flowering plants have particularly exciting flowers, including the Passifloraceae (passion flowers), Iridaceae (crazy color combinations), Orchidaceae (great shapes & colors), and the Asclepiadaceae (weird shapes), but that's just a drop in the bucket. Some of my favorites appear below, mostly chosen simply because they look amazing, but several include really strange adaptations for pollination, as well.
